Air Filters

The best way to determine which oil filter your forklift needs is by referring to your forklift manual. If you used the wrong oil, it can cause oil to leak out of the forklift engine. Fuel Filters
Fuel filters also helps remove any dirt and contaminants from your forklift engines. It helps preserve the performance level of your forklift and keep it up and running. Fuel filters screen out dirt and rust particles from the fuel. It;s usually made into cartridges that contains a filter paper.
It serves as an important function in present day forklifts’ fuel systems. Unfiltered fuel can contain several kinds of contamination like paint chips and dirt. Hydraulic Filters
Hydraulic filters also helps with actively removing dirt and contamination from your forklift. It usually protects any hydraulic components in your forklift from getting damaged due to contamination of oil. For every 1 minute, about 1 million particles larger than 1 micron enters a hydraulic system, which damages the vehicle in the future.
The wear of hydraulic system components is dependent on this contamination. Couple it with the existence of metal parts found in hydraulic system oil, it speeds up the degradation further. With the help of a hydraulic filter, it removes these particles and clean the oil on a continuous basis. The performance of a hydraulic filter is measured by its contamination removal efficiency.
